Are you ready to bring your innovative ideas to life? Join the SZE DUO Pro Idea Programme and participate in an exciting ideation and development journey!

This programme offers you the opportunity to work closely with a mentor selected specifically to match the field or industry of your idea, providing you with tailored guidance to shape your vision into reality. 

Duration: September 23, 2024 - May 31, 2025

Application Period: 23rd September 2024 - 13th October 2024

Participants: Limited to 6 individuals

Key Programme Phases:

• Mentorship & Development (November 1, 2024 - April 1, 2025): After the selection process and mentor matching, participants will dedicate 5 to 20 hours per week to tasks related to their ideas under the guidance of their assigned mentors.

• Initial Phase (First 3 Months): During this period, participants will validate their ideas, analyse competitors, and create a comprehensive development plan, including budgeting. With mentor and advisory support, they will gain crucial insights to strengthen their projects.

• Milestone Verification: At the end of the first three months, participants must demonstrate progress by achieving specific milestones through interviews, competitor analysis, and development planning. Successful completion allows participants to proceed to the next phase.

• Development Phase: If a project is accepted, participants will commence working on the actual development of their ideas under tailored conditions.

• Regular Feedback: Participants are required to submit monthly feedback via an online survey, detailing their work, challenges, progress, and experiences with mentors and advisors.

Completion Requirements:

By the end of the programme, participants must submit a professional report and deliver a presentation outlining their project development journey and the collaborative work with their mentors. This presentation will be showcased at an online event in front of FIEK colleagues.

During the programme, participants will receive a scholarship to support their development journey.
